Primary 4O celebrated Empathy Day 2021

10th Jun 2021

Today is Empathy Day, the theme of which for this year is, ‘Walk in someone else’s shoes’ 👟  ðŸ‘  👞. We found out about what empathy is and the importance of understanding and listening to each other. We know that empathy is imagining and sharing someone else’s feelings. This can especially be done through books, which allow us to view the world through another’s eyes and walk in their shoes for a little while.

As part of Empathy Day, we learned how to draw a Kindness monster who is a very good listener.
