Primary 4 Collection of Learning Packs

21st Feb 2021

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Welcome back after our half-term break. I hope it was a safe and enjoyable one for you all.

As you are all well aware we will be continuing with remote learning for the forthcoming weeks.

The new Learning Packs for Primary 4 for use in conjunction with online learning can be collected from the school hall on Monday 22 February 2021 from between 09.30 a.m and 11.30 a.m., and from 1.00 p.m to 2.30 p.m. The packs will contain literacy and numeracy worksheets, reading books for Guided Reading and topic work. The pack will also contain a brief outline for the forthcoming weeks. It is important that the children log onto their Team account for their daily assignments as these will explain the tasks and provide additional information. If your child’s password has expired please contact the school to have it updated. I have also been putting the daily assignments on our class page on the school website for those who may have difficulty logging on during school hours, due to Internet access or slow uploading. Could I remind you to please upload your child’s completed work each day, so I can view it and give feedback.

If you have not returned your child’s previous pack, could you please do so when you collect your new pack so that it can be quarantined and reading books returned to the store.

I am as ever, grateful for your support and assistance during this pandemic and hope we will all return to school soon.
