Parenting Focus has organised a Summerhill Cost of Living programme to commence via zoom on Wednesday 20^th November, 7-9pm – 4 weeks. A poster is attached for information.

The programme covers 4 key themes: Nutrition and Healthy Eating, Taking Care of the Pennies, Making Ends Meet; Physical and Emotional Wellbeing.
