P5M and P5/6F - Online activities for Wednesday, 6th January 2021

5th Jan 2021

Wednesday, 6th January 2021.

Good morning boys and girls,

I've uploaded some activities for you to try at home.  If you don't have a printer to print out the sheets, please don't worry as you can simply write your answers onto a page.

Outline of activities

  • Mental maths sheet on doubles
  • Rounding Rocket ships - revising rounding to the nearest 10
  • Addition - Revising adding TU's with exchange
  • Subtraction - Revising subtracting TU's with exchange

  • Literacy - Comprehension - Happy New Year
  • Happy New Year Sheet.

  • Today is 'Well Being Wednesday' so try to do something relaxing this afternoon.  Perhaps you could go for a walk or do some exercising.  Perhaps you could read a book or draw a picture?

I will be in touch on Thursday to upload some more activities.

P5M only- I will also put these sheets onto our TEAMS for you to use.  Remember that you don't have to do the sheets on the website and then repeat them on TEAMS.  Pick which format you find easiest to use.

P5M - If you are using the website could you please email me your answers so that I can check your work.  Remember that you don't need to print off the sheets as you can simply write your answers on a piece of paper, photograph them on a mobile phone/tablet then email them to me.

My email is kmclaughlin844@c2kni.net

Thank-you,

Mrs K McLaughlin
