Essential Road works on Frys Road

6th Oct 2021

Dear Parents,

We have been advised yesterday that essential road works will commence on the Frys Road beginning Mon 11th October and lasting for 5 weeks. This will mean a lane closure will be put in place allowing traffic to travel in the direction of Broughshane Road (ECOS Centre). This will have an impact on parents/ guardians and childminders coming to school in the morning and at collection times through the day. A full road closure will occur in the week bg 25th October when the new surface is laid.

Please ensure that you take some time to read the attached letter from the contractor.

We would ask parents to please exercise increased care and attention when driving on Frys Road during this time, particularly to the school patrol crossing and pedestrians, icluding small children.

Thank you for your cooperation.
