Braidside Integrated Primary & Nursery School
Braidside Take 5 Day Next Wednesday 8th May we will hold our Take 5 day, with a sponsored walk on our grounds, a colouring/ poster competition, outdoor activities and "Beautiful Things" challenge. Pupils should ensure they are wearing trainers/ suitable footwear for their class walk. Sponsor sheets have been distributed to all classes and hopefully children have been getting support from family and friends. We are focusing on wellbeing, sun awareness and celebrating national walking month. #take5#stepstowellbeing#connect#keeplearning#beactive#takenote#give | May Day Holiday School will be closed on Monday 6th May for the May Day holiday.

We were delighted to welcome Laura and Johnny from Sustrans on Wednesday to present us with the very prestigious Sustrans gold award for active and sustainable travel in school. We are so thrilled to have been given this amazing honour and would like to thank the whole school community and our amazing sustrans pupil committee for embracing the programme and putting their best foot forward on every occasion! Thankyou also to Sustrans and Johnny in particular for always being so supportive throughout. It is greatly appreciated.
