Primary 4O had a healthy breakfast

As part of the British Nutrition Foundation’s Healthy Eating Week, Primary 4O had a healthy breakfast to start the week off. We had whole grain cereal and toast with orange juice, milk or water. We talked about the importance of having a healthy breakfast to start the day and the need to reduce our sugar and salt intake. We really enjoyed having breakfast together. Some of us even managed to have seconds!! What a great way to start our week.
